1. Purpose
This Payment & Investor Transaction Policy governs how Kashidwar REIT Limited (“the Company”) accepts, processes, and records payments and investments from shareholders, investors, and partners.
It ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance with Indian financial regulations and good corporate governance practices.
2. Nature of Transactions
The Company operates as a real estate investment and development platform, not as an online marketplace or consumer goods seller.
All monetary transactions are related to:
